We picked up were we left off from filming day 2 and started filmed at the band stand. Again it was a freezing cold day but we were determined to finish. We really wanted to make sure we shot a variety of different camera angles.
I filmed Yaz's creature transformation from a downwards angle close-up. This looks very effective as it is like the cat has melted and this new creature has been born. We then decided to add in Yaz taking off the cat suit just to show the audience that they are the same character. We then shot Yaz crawling after me.
I also filmed Paul's transformation and thought an upwards pan would look creepy.
We made sure we took it in turns to film so we have all had a fair input. Overall filming was very fun but also a lot of effort, but now for the dreaded editing D:.
Whilst filming on day 2 and 4 we all got a few odd looks; especially me and Yaz who decided to go in ASDA for our lunch break. (Like people have never seen the Cheshire cat, Alice and the mad hatter walking round town before!) Also an elderly couple asked us what we were doing and took a photo of us to show there grandchildren; showing people of all ages are interesting in media.
